Contrary to some timetables, the Sunday & Bank Holiday Service for the No.48 - Wembury to Burrator bus, will run until Sunday 23rd October 2016. Some timetables have the last day as 18th September. I have been in contact with Stagecoach and Plymouth City Council and both have confirmed that the abov...

Hi
Usually, the WW in the title of a letterbox refers to the Wandering Woodstocks.

Family Animals On Dartmoor
Hi Does anyone still have the clues to the Family Animals On Dartmoor series? I found the No.1 - George at Combshead Gert yesterday. The lid of the pot was in pieces, the book was dry but sticking out of the pot, the stamp, a shop bought type, was in perfect condition. I feel that this box was not b...

Box found on site
I visited Sheeps Tor today, to look for the letterbox mentioned above. It was found on site and in excellent condition. It took a bit of finding. It is well hidden and in a good, dry site. The owners should be commended for siting a letterbox that is well kept and dry. Once upon a time all letterbox...

Hi Your letterbox was Deleted in 2007 as part of the Five Year lifespan for 'boxes. It has not appeared in a catalogue since.
