Letterboxing with Children and placing a new box

Post by Partridgebrent »

Hi there,

I'm single dad and taking my 2 boys (10 & 4) letter boxing during our summer holiday at the start of August. I haven't been LBing for a good 15 years and was wondering if there any recommended Tors that may be suitable for us off the beaten path so to speak.

Additionally we want to place a letterbox too - does anyone also have any suggestions for good tors/areas. I'm keen to have one that stands the test of time and isn't in a prime location for evil scummy letterbox thieves.

In light of that, happy to take any direct messages!
:D

Depends if you want to take your four year old with you or not. If yes, then perhaps on Middle Staple Tor. If not then Roos Tor, Fox Tor or pick somewhere on the map you can decide upon.
