These stamps (they were a series) were put out initially by "Old Perculiar", who has passed away. We think later stamps were placed by his wife Tracey who no longer boxes. The last address we have for her is for Newton Abbot, but that was some years ago.
We found one of this series (Lost Stations of Dartmoor - Ingra Tor Halt) some years ago near Ingra Tor and when we made contacted she said she would like it returned to her and would forward an s.a.e. with her address. It never arrived.
