Does Anyone Know

Does anyone know if stamps are being brought in off the moor, after a few times over the weekend following GPS and bearings we found lots of empty holes with stones next to them. Do they bring them in before a meet?

Sadly this is the work of the letterbox theif and now with GPS to look for them it makes his job so much easier - and not really most boxes usually stay out for the 5 years
