Ok - who is going to the meet?

I'm going to try and pop along for a little while, if only to get Dizzy's stamp. However, I absolutey hate crowds so won't stick around for too long. Will probably pop in, stamp a few, collect some walks, and run.

were off around belstone tor, white tor and scarey tor on the saturday as they have given out rain for the sunday so we will be at the meet for a fw hours a buttie and a pint ten depending on what walks we get then into china fleet heat waves to warm up!!!

Hi There, Dizzy, Dizzy Senior and myself will be there from when the Meet starts - you should recognise us! Remember to bring a large piece of paper to stamp up Dizzy's fabby Meet stamp - featuring all you folks! We will probably be there for a couple of hours so hope to meet some of you in person.

How BIG???

Could we have a rough size going to pick up a new hardback book for the meet stamps. A5,A4 or bigger?

Ok, well I haven't got the stamp with me at the moment but if you use an A6 size card (105mm x 148mm or 4.25" x 6") this should be big enough, still a BIG stamp!
I have also made the stamp into 4 sections to give an even bigger image, sadly the images didn't come out quite as well as the single large stamp, but you will be able to print out these images onto the same size sheets and make an even larger stamp, so I will bring these along as well! Bring a raised ink pad!

Plus, I have also made 2 hand cut stamps specially for this one meet so you all might want to get these as well.

Anyway, I will be there with Crafty Jo & Dizzy Senior from 10am until noon.

Nik, will you be staying there most of the day? If so would you mind looking after the forum stamp after we leave in case of late arrivals?

To be honest with you it depends on where you get the info from, some people say 10 am and other 11am so we will be there at 10am.

We probably won't, we were down last week and we desperately need to do some house and garden work, not to mention the cost since we've just come back from a holiday and we're feeling a bit broke. Have fun.

Afterwards, depending on the weather, my kids and I will head out to the moor, probably in the region of Childe's Tomb (never visited it before) unless I get better suggestions on the day.
