Figure this out

Anyone found the "Figure this out No. 3" letterbox?

I won't give out any info about its location, but It is listed in the (current) main catalogue. I spent a couple of hours this lunchtime looking for it, and couldn't find a thing! The bearings took me into the right area, and the GPS then took me a little way further but into an area with nothing there (which I took be be the whole point of the letterboxes name)! I couldn't really see anything at all where the box could be - no obvious mounds, hollows, rocks, etc - just short grass.

No sorry. I'm not very good with the "figure it out" clues I'm afraid.

I've wasted a lot of time on that tor in the past looking for clues that don't seem to exist! But now I'm intrigued by this and must have a shot at it.

My current bete noir is 'Dartmoor Greats No 2 Hound Tor'. Have wasted far too long on that - clue doesn't seem to make sense; anyone found it?
