Can any one shed any light please, after visting a few boxes i am finding quotes from the bible, are these some sort of clue or is this acalling card many thanks Daniel

I too have found a load of these, really annoys me, if I want to find religion I will do it for myself without someone forcing it down my throat. Also when you open the pill pots these tend to fly out in the wind, so to avoid littering you have to chase after them.

Yes, they do rather become litter and are a bit of a nuisance.

These have been placed in boxes for as long as I can remember. I think it is just one letterboxer (maybe a group) but I have no idea who it is. Like you say ... it just causes litter !!

It is better than about 25 years ago when one of the alleged letterbox thieves was a vicar. His excuse was allegedly people were supposed to be in church on a Sunday and not letterboxing.
I have no problem with people leaving biblical quotes in boxes I just simply IGNORE THEM. I know some of the stamps are biblical quotes, and I reason the fact they meant something to the owner, like the one by the Ten Commandments which I collected last Sunday
