I use a Coleman Alpine stove - it is very flat and folds up very small - the gas cannisters do come in all sorts of sizes, including one that isn't much bigger than the stove itself.
The beauty of it is that it can be broken down into individual componants as there is a hose for the burner.

I also have a coleman alpine - good for general camping use, and stable with a big pot on. OTOH, if you're after something to carry during the day to get a quick brew on, then something like the MSR pocket rocket will be lighter and take up less space.
(Or you could go for a jetboil, which will take up more pack space but is very quick.)

Most outdoor camping shops sell them but if you insist on getting it from Kountry Kit phone them up and ask them to bring one with them and you will collect it at the meet.
They do have an online site - not that I found it much use for what I wanted but it does carry just about everything else you need
