Weekend of 18 & 19 October

I'm just off to the Arms Tor area now to meet Panomobile to see how many of the 92 boxes on our list we can find. It's going to be a long old walk. Also got two boxes to site.

We'll let you know how we've got on when we get back.

Didn't quite make the 92 boxes (actually absolutely nowhere near) but did manage 39 and Panomobile managed 41. I'm going back tomorrow to get the rest. Time ran out.

What a great day though. It rained once but the rest of the day was brilliant, with fantastic views and we met some lovely people.

An average of 40 boxes sounds pretty darn good to me. I'd take me over the magic 100 anyway

We had a great time and like Tina said the weather was basically perfect for letterboxing. 41 is the most I have had in one session. It has taken me comfortably over the 200 mark now which was my goal at the beginning of the day. About half the boxes we got weren't even ones we were looking for.
