Letterboxing Software

Has anyone got a name or preferably an e-mail address for the gentleman who produces letterboxing software? I had a copy several years ago on another computer loaded from floppy discs. However, now that computer is long gone and my new computer doesn't have a floopy disc drive (not that I can find the discs anyway).

I assume there must be a new version now, available on CD or DVD.

Your assistance would be very much appreciated.
