Hi all, well title speaks for itself :) when you have so many boxes how do you know you have not been to the same boxes more then once?

Well that's why you need a personal stamp and you stamp in the book that is in the box. If you keep a record of boxes found with the name, number and location, you won't go to the same box twice

Tick off the boxes you have been to in the planner of the clue cat. and tranfer them over when new cat. comes out, easy. Also I have a computer database to make sure I do not count ine twice.

I use the database of catalogued boxes supplied by Mike Holliday. I also keep a spreadsheet of all boxes found including date found, name, catalogue No (if known), grid reference and grid square. I print of list of boxes we have already found in the grid squared that we are visiting so that I know if I have already found it.

Having the list is a useful aid to getting your badges for collecting stamps -
