Due to unforeseen circumstances the Letterboxing Meet has had to move back to Lee Moor as from Oct 2010! As we have very little time to get this information out to everyone PLEASE can you all let as many people know as possible, maybe if you all send out this email to every one that letterboxes in your address books this could help.

Hi everyone.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are sorry to have to let you all know that we have had to change the venue back to -

LEE MOOR VILLAGE HALL, 10am - 5pm 31st October 2010

Please pass this on to all your friends incase I have missed anyone off my email list. It will also be in the October Update.

We hope this will not inconvenience you too much.

I hope not - but it is good of Lee Moor to offer the hall at such short notice

I have done a bit of digging to find out what has happened - apparantly it is a logistic problem with lack of certain items... like chairs!

lol found this out at 1030 on the meet day after finding 18 boxs at nuns cross farm
