Kings arms- south zeal. new letter box

Found whilst drinking on Friday night. it lives behind the bar, on the floor under the shelf with dominoes etc on. Has nice stamp from the Tinners Morris , a log book which I was 2nd to stamp and an ink pad.


I don;t normally take me stamp to the pub, but made an exception tonight after last nights find.

When I first read that I thought you were crawling around on your hands and knees in the pub when you found it - just goes to show how foggrd my brain is this morning

There are lots of stamps in lots of pubs but not all of them

I was just nattering to a chap who has lived here for yonks and in days gone by was a keen night letterboxer, " there used to be box here " he said, we talked about other stuff. for a bit Then " whats that" said older boxer, "under the shelf," Bar maid pulled out an ammo box, " by heck, its still here". BUT it wasn't the old box, it was new, stamp and book.
