DOUBLE DRAT

Well stuck on 498 box's and having been away and one thing and another, yesterday was our first chance to try and get over the 500. Parked at Lustleigh Cleeve as we wanted to put out a registered box around Sharpitor, could only find one box listed in the book, but thought we are bound to pick up some more along the ridge or on Hunters Tor, how wrong can you be? So we had 499 box's. It was such a hot day that we stopped at the Dolphin in Bovey for a drink, and of course they have a letterbox listed. Hooray that would solve the problem, so I ordered two pints of 6X and asked for their letterbox. Sorry mate we don't have it anymore, no one asked for it.

OMG are you cursed? I agree with the drat as this weekend is the nicest of the summer so far, I am stuck 150 miles from the moor! it was not worth me coming across as I would have to get stuck in the glastonbury
Traffic which would turn a 3 hour drive into at least a 7 hour mission here's wishing you luck on your next trip . . .
