Flogit Letterbox

Hi all
Anyone know where the clue for the "Flogit" box is????

I too looked on the Flog It! web site and could not fInd it. So I emailed the chairman and was sent the following:-

FLOG IT!- ????? ?????. WATCHET HILL FLAGPOLE 003*. TELEGRAPH POLE NEAR HEDGE 037*. RIGHT HAND SIDE OF BALANCED ROCK ON NEARBY TOR 216*. AN UPRIGHT LEANING 8ft x 3ft ROCK IS 7 PACES AWAY ON 122*. BOX UNDER 3ft OVERHANGING ROCK, 1 PACE ABOVE 2ft HIGH HOLLY.
