Yesterday my buddy Simon and I visited Doe Tor. When we left Plymouth it was all Sunny and blue skies, Doe tor was relativly grey, cold and for the vast of the afternoon, wet.
Five ours in and around the Doe tor area left us with a find of just 14 letterboxes. We found a couple that are in the latest catalogue, like the Pastie Plodders and Janes 50th Birthday box.
Just have a couple questions that some of the more seasoned letterboxers may be able to help me with.
We found, and just managed to stamp a very old and worn box, called "Judy's Box" has anyone a box number for this?
Also, in Janes 50th Birthday box were 2 other stamps in smaller pill containers. One called " Curried Jelly Baby" and another "One for Rodger no.23, Egyptian Vulture" I know moving boxes used to be listed, but could not find any listing in e new catalogue and so did not want to move them. Any ideas about thse two stamps?
