Anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone know if there are any boxes around the Sharper tor area we aare planning to go up there today and look at the other surrounding tors up there

There were about 3 boxes last time I went up there - there might have been one or two more (I assume you meant Sharpitor?) but they eluded me

Hope you found some boxes. I was up there a few weeks ago and only found boxes between Sharpitor and Peek Hill and there are some on the slopes of Peek Hill.

Yer i suppose it was good up there ly found one box though, andit was as soon as i started searching which i flt hopeful to find many moe on my search,the problem is we didnt have much time to sach but we had enough to fin 2 boxes one without a stamp in but a empty notead was quite weird Anyway my dad took some pictures for you to look at

For some reason (like it is supposed to be privately owned - but public access is allowed) there are no boxes meant to be sited on it - hence the reason for the small number of boxes

Nik is right, no boxes are supposed to be sited on Sharpitor.

I had one out there many years ago and was very politely asked to remove it. Mind you, only 20 or so actually found it.

I found eight up there last September whilst on my way to Leather Tor. Peek Hill used to be littered with boxes. Not so many these days.

Talking of shiny badges, I hope Godfrey will keep these going when Tony retires, as it would be a real shame to lose them. I really want to get my 1000 in the next 12 months.
