hi all.
while i was out yesterday i found 3 damaged boxes... 2 of them were in the quarry nead haytor and 1 was in bellever wood
one in the quarry had nothing in it but a card and 2 peices of puzzle... the second one had 2 books but no stamp and the book was soaked and totaly ruined
the belever wood one had a damp book.
my question is... should i remove the ableterated boxes in the quarry AND should i replace the book in the bellever box? if so what do i do with the book? leave it in there and seal it in a zippy bag to stop further damage? take it and dry it out in the car then put it back at the end of the day? the book is full anyway so maybe i should put a new book in??
with the bellever one i dont really know how the book got damaged because the stamp and book were in a container within another container and they both seemed to be water tight. should i replace the box?? i dont want to remove it because its a lovley stamp and its in the catalog (box number 41681)
