Up near Hart Tor is a damaged letterbox which seems to belong to the above group. I assume this is a charity or WOM walk as I couldn't see anything in the current catalogue about this box.
The box was half-full of water because it had no lid. The book was soaked, and the stamp had come away from its handle.
I have reported the box to the above group (they have a web site).
