I was doing a search on the web for information on letterboxing when I returned to the hobby last year.
Just interested to know how everyone else found us?

on here it is very help full not only for starting but getting to know people then meeting them out on the moor or at the meets

I have found the forum very useful. It contains lots of nuggets of information and friendly people.

~I think the same as the Monkeys, I have got to know some really nice people through the forum, probably would never have met them on the moor
It is odd that sometimes you can bump into someone up there several times in a short time, then never meet them again for years.

We found this site when searching the net for letterboxing. Great site with much info and 5 STAR members willing to help at the drop of a hat.

I found the site more by accident at a internet cafe type thing - before the days I had a computer so I was accessing it before I registered but as you can see by the membership number it was a bit slow in the early days for me - now the pace is picking up it has gotten better and better.
Not just for content but the wonderful people who come on here

I came across the site when searching the subject infrequenty to see if there are any new sites on letterboxing or of dartmoor etc. I must say though I only recognise one or two of the names used in the forums.
I was after information about a crash site on Lower White initially and hung around, chipping in occasionally.
Thanks to all the friendly, like minded folk who have made me feel welcome.
May even start boxing...........
