The Met Office are confident that the warm and dry weather is here to stay at least a week. Time will tell, but WHO is running for the hills this weekend?
Would be great to see more runners out there, but unfortunately we are a select band!
Running the Abbot's Way in 'reverse' to cheer on my son who's walking it.
Wonder how many folk in full waterproofs and bergens the size of a mini I'll see......

 Mist and blanket fog didn't clear from here at all yesterday - this morning the same, but just seems as though the sun may just get through, but don't know when!!!!!
Cosdon had its fog hat on while I took son to school, but it cleared as I walked up the hill to the DC2 stone. Had a good ( if short) hunt about on the Northern flank of Cosdon and found 2 new to me boxes as well as checking my own box ( South Zeal preschool). Had to be at work at noon, so only a short trip , but SUCH a nice day for it. warm breeze blowing gently, sun shining, not a tourist in sight.

 Wonderful day out there today. I parked up at Lane Head and headed out to Ger Tor/Hare tor/Sharp tor before turning back and walking -and boxing - along the ridge of Tavy Cleave Tors. Wished I had been down by the river at times - a family were bathing and canoeing in the pool below Devils Cauldron - looked so inviting.
Sunny all day with a lovely gentle warm breeze - collected 38 boxes on the war around.

We'll be out tomorrow, Postbridge and beyond but not too far as we have all 4 kids - so keep your distance if you want some peace. If you hear a little voice shouting "FOUND ONE! FOUND ONE!" You'll know we're just around the corner. :D
