If I've got it right, the next meet is Sunday 30th October, 10am+ at Lee Moor Village Hall?
Never having been to one before (I'm an antisocial old bugger really) not sure what to expect. I'd like to pick up some charity walk sheets, are they for sale in the autumn or is that more a spring thing?
Any info about what to expect would be gratefully received...

Unless it has changed lately that is the correct date and venue.
You can purchase any number of Charity walks from the tables in the hall.
There is a Bianual stamp available also for the day of the Meet and quite a few tables have Meet stamps, personal, or a selection of stamps to take.
'Refereshments' can be purchased in the Hall
Number of tables have Letterboxing 'materials' for sale, clothing etc, books.
Usually near the Meet stamp is a table to purchase Letterboxing badges and the Catalogue - (not sure if available now in Autumn)
Have a nice day!

I believe the catalogue is now an annual, it is probably sold at both Meets but will not be a 'new' one specific for the autumn.

You are correct in assuming that the catalogue is now an annual edition. However the updates can be bought from the Meet - not sure who is running that part of it this time, but I am sure they will be there.
The charity boxes will no doubt be there in abundance along with the letterbox thief. Yes I said the DLT will be there buying clues and that is what is a real shame.
More importantly there will be loads of people there to make friends with, or reunite with friends... on the whole it is a fun day. Just hope it isn't raining

I expect Sue Boustead and John will be on the top table to help out with that, along with Rogr and Steph. You could always email Malcolm - he may be coming to the meet anyway.
