Photo competition... perhaps - Dartmoor Letterboxing Archive

I have an idea, that is to have a Dartmoor photography competition.

Put up a photograph of Dartmoor, and members can vote on which is their favourite picture(s).

To make it fair, I suggest a period say March to allow peeps to enter before voting takes place.

Also what I do ask is none of the pictures are previously published and that they have a caption (this will become self apparent later). A limit to two pictures per person.

The prize, for this one, will be kudos, however it may get something from me if this proves to be successful.

If this proves to be popular it could even go monthly... what do you think?

The edit... If you don't know how to put up a picture then follow the steps below...

Choose picture

Find a hosting site like ~~[url=~~http://www.photobucket.com][url]http://www.photobucket.com

follow instructions to upload your picture

when picture is uploaded a drop down menu will be displayed

Select <IMG blah blah/IMG> bit and copy

Return to Dartmoor pages and paste to your comment

Hit preview to make sure it has loaded

Here's a picture from our recent trip we had to Yes Tor during the cold snap in January this year. It was so cold and windy there were 12 inch icicles coming off the railings and flagpole at 90 degrees!
