Hoping to reach 2000 this year . My first stint in letter boxing I got 1300 from 1986 to 1991. Got back into it two years ago and I'm 150 off my target.

I'm hoping to get to 100 :) A lofty goal because I need to do it in four days.
What do you think? I'm determined. Possible? I have 33 but 24 are from the pubs and such in Princetown. (Man, I hope those Princetown stamps count toward the 100).

I have good news and bad news...
The good news is that the Princetown stamps count!
The bad news is that I fear 4 days may not be enough time. You'll need to target good areas for letterboxes, have a GPS and loads of clues. And luck. Good luck!
I have a target too. I'm 44 boxes off 15000. (Sorry to rub it in, Mudsock!) and I have next week off work. I am reasonably hopeful, although my last 4 trips to the moor have only resulted in 42 finds in total...

I'm glad the Princetown stamps count and they don't expire (we 'found' them 11 years ago). But we're clueless so it will be by sheer guts and determination (and lots of dumb luck) that we're going to find those boxes.
The other good news is that we've barely dented the surface of easy ones ripe for the plucking.

Looks like the 5000th box this year is going to be a no goer... Courtesy of the car I am forced to drive... It is prohibitively expense to run. But I am forced to drive it
