Dartmoor Letterboxing

There are a lot missing around Trowlesworthy including mine. So many have gone missing I will no longer put any out. I will enjoy the chairity ones and forget the catalogue.

I have often wandered that thanks for that.

lovely and wet, I love it, it gives me the moor to myself. Only tuff walkers go out when its so bad, or should i say us stupid ones.

I have a badge which says Station Master, so I will wear that.
I hope I can get there, I do have a health problem that may make me stay home. But hope to see you all.

I got a nine year old Boxer from Woodside after my much loved collie died. He is not so good as my collie on the moor yet but he will be I hope. Now my other collie Megan is very ill with cancer, but she is still happy, when she becomes unhappy we will have to have her put to sleep. Very sad to loos...

In the last update its saying one of my boxes are missing, so I had better go and see if it is, I will try and do it on Wednesday, I will have to plan a letterbox walk if I do. I will get to my 500, not many to go now.

Its so sad that there are so many boxes, missing, broken or soaking wet, I remember when I was out 10 years ago we went out for 20 boxes and most were intact but now it seems that only half of them are. So when I go walking on the moors that I love, will not be looking for boxes with clues anymore, ...

TWA is winding a few people up on here.
I have done but never get personal.
We are here because we all enjoy Letterboxing, some others enjoy other hobbies to.

I always park at Holming Beam and walk up the side of the Cowsic river then up past Cut Hill. This is not the shortest of walks and not the closest car park, but its a great walk.
