Good move Dad's Army, exactly what everyone should do, remove the litter boxes from the moors. sadly there are those that decide to take up letterboxing for the first time and within a trip or two site a box, then the interest is lost and the box either forgotten about or can't be bothered with. Hi Steve, I don't think all moving boxes are listed but in the catalogue there are around 300 moving boxes listed, weather or not all are still in existance remains to be seen as there isn't a way of keeping track of them without finders emailing the owners from time to time.

Is your Dizzy based on the prince of the yolkfolk from the mighty spectrum game? I loved those games! Hi Dave, yep you got it, I used to play those games many years ago and have recently aquired a Cd from a fellow letterboxing friend of probably all the Dizzy games! Brings back many memories! :) Di...

Hi Dave, you will find that from the catalogue there will be the occassional boxe or two that are no longer on site. This could be to do with the owner taking if back off the moors or someone sadly stealing it. Never-the-less it's best to not share the clues book with non letterboxers and when you d...

I must admit, I do like to find even a basic attempt at a hand carved stamp, at least someone has had a go at making something unique. Sorry Nik, not something I can agree on for a change.

I agree about ther codes of conduct printed within each box book, mind you some of the books are so small it would be difficult to do.

There are some mindless idiots with no thought for others safety.
