Pew Tor - west side

Looks like the west side of Pew tor around the Ace letterboxers 2000(may be 3000) box area (check catalogue for location) has been cleared, picked up half a dozen remnants of boxes in that area on Friday and the mentioned box above was missing.

Gave up and went into Tavistock for a cream tea!

Has anyone ever parked around the back of cox tor in the area known as lawn corner (approx 530 769) by Higher Godsworthy, it is probably me being lazy but it may be quicker to get to Roos tor for us from here than Barnhill

In the past we have searched the quarry waste and found several the only problem with this is a) they are mostly kids boxes and b) broken glass in the holes. May be during the Meet weekend when everyone converges on the dartmoor we should go out and purge areas of litterboxes and general rubbish. and let the press know what we are doing, get a bit of good PR

I am down for that week so I am going to put a bin bag in my rucsac and start collecting rubbish

Yes there is an electronic version.
At least £50 for the program and then about £20-30 for the updates

It is more than just a list though its a full program

I was going to buy to catalogues next year and cut one up and scan the pages in to make my own!
