Rat

Post by Kenton Kestrel »

I was out around The Staples yesterday when I came across a Moving Box that has been out since at least 2003. Not everyone who found it gave details of where and when they found it, but those who did show that Rat has been on the following journey:

16/11/03 Mistor Marsh, 02/04 The Staples, 06/04 Black Tor, 10/07 Woolholes, 10/07 Erme Head, 11/07 Hurston Ridge, 11/07 Sharp Tor Nr. Brat Tor, Cramber Tor,
Soldiers Pond, 12/12/07 Woodland Fort Letterbox Club, 02/08 Brat Tor, 04/09 Oke Tor, 05/09 Oke Tor, 06/09 Nr New Bridge, Okehampton Range, 12/09 Ducks Pool,
07/10 Ingra Tor, 07/10 Chinkwell Tor, 10/10 Honeybag Tor, 03/11 Pew Tor, Lower Hartor Tor, 8/12 Gutter Tor, 07/05/15 Lower SE Slopes of Roos Tor

The cover of the visitor book is missing so there are no details of who this box belongs to. The small pot is marked ‘Rat Moving Box’. Unfortunately the book is almost full and I would like to be able to replace it before re-siting the box and return the visitor book to the owner.

Does anyone know who put this box out?

We found the moving box on 9th April 2011 at Lower Hartor in the Plym Steps area, could not find a catalogue number for it.
