52940 - 52955 Monarchy Series 6 - The Windsors, in aid of St Lukes Hospice, Plymouth.
A short circular family walk of just under 3 miles starting from Leedon Tor car park, the walk crosses the road and passes below Peek Hill, turns towards Leather Tor. The walk then turns alongside Leather Tor returning to Leedon Tor car park, again crossing the road. There is a Starter and bonus stamp with the clue sheet, 13 stamps on the moor, a thank you stamp in the Fox Tor Cafe , Princetown. The walk is on site from 31 October 2022 to 31 March 2023. 52995 - 53008 Chestnut Appeal Autum 2022 – Dartmoor Places
This easy 3 mile walk is behind Cox Tor and goes across behind Roos Tor
There are 12 boxes on the moor plus 2 Thank you stamps, one with clue sheet and the other one in the Police Station Cafe at Prince town. The walk will be on site from 28th October 2022 until 31st March 2023. 53009 – 53018 Early Farming on Dartmoor Series 9
An easy family walk of 3 miles in aid of the PDSA (registered charity 208217) that treats sick and injured animals. Starter stamp with clue sheet and Nine on the moor. The route starts from Yellowmead Car park, Fogging Tor & Swell Tor and back to Yelowmead. a walk of approx. 3 miles in the Barn hill/Feather tor/Pew tor area and consists of 14 stamps plus a starter stamp. All funds raised will be used to purchase musical equipment for Whitchurch Community primary School in Tavistock, with any residual funds being given to the Whitchurch School Association.
