How I started...

In all honestly, I have only been letterboxing once. However, I had to be dragged back to the car by my boyfriend as it was getting dark...
My boyfriend's family go letterboxing when they have time, and I believe they are party of the '100 Club'. I mentioned once that I thought it would be fun...and it was! We went up to the Princetown/Devil's Elbow area and I found 3! Since then I've been itching to get back out there and have a good search! If you find a letterbox in there with writing in it from before christmas saying 'Lara's first' - it was me!

It is a nice place to live - and I admit that I'm very lucky, though, it is so wet at times that I need webbed feet

Welcome to the site Lara, letterboxing as you now know is great fun, even when the weather is a little damp. I'm sure you will soon be on your way to finding your first 100 boxes and then joining the 100 Club.

my uncle lives up at yelverton. the old railway line goes under his house... how many boxes do you have now ????

We've been twice - now have 14!

Bit of a shame - can't actually get to the old railway station at yelverton due to the fact that it is private property...
