Dartmoor High Tops - Calveslake Tor

I found this box last week and brought it in because it was soaking wet and the stamp, sadly, was a pile of rubber fragments in the bottom of the box. The book is so bad I can't tell who it belongs to. Does anyone know? I looks like it has been out since the early 1990s, so sad to have to report its demise.
