Insect series

Post by Parkhill Plodders »

Was out yesterday and came across a box that was insect series 15 wasp. It's not in the book. So just wondered if was reported missing. I got the impression it had been up there many years.
Anybody got any ideas?

We found this box back in 2005 in Grid 70-75. It was part of a series of stamps called " Insects on the Moor " We also found Dragonfly in 2000 in Grid 56-83 which had a Catalogue Number of 2966, Soldier Beetle in 2002 in Grid 68-74 and Scorpion in 2004 in Grid 56-74 but unfortunately we do not have any details of their Cat. No's or their owner.

I did find Insect Series No 17 - Black Ant 2006 this was a WOM boxes put out by Will & Fran Bushell, not boxing now.
I have searched the catalogue name (WASP), only found Cat No 27445 Bitten By The Bug No 4 – Wasp grid 56 – 71. deleted a few years ago.
